Hand growth

Surgery for tumor resection or space occupying lesion surgery is an excellent surgery to do. Surgery to remove a tumor in the hand can be a surgery for a lipoma from the hand that can be done in a fine and small incision and extracted from the tissue or a surgery to resect a giant cell tumor, which is a relatively demanding surgery with possible recurrence of the tumor and requires microsurgical and deep understanding of the origins of it. The tumor and tendon systems are very close here and you want a hand surgeon to do it in order to keep complications away. A good hand surgeon will be able to assess the location of the finding, be familiar with the type of tumor he is facing and where it originates and how the tumor relates to the tissues adjacent to it. Does the tumor push the nerve and artery to the skin or does it lead them into the tendon system. Is the tumor with a capsule or capsule that requires special attention and whether the tumor affects the adjacent bone or joint.
Surgery to remove the hand tumor can be surgery for epidermoid cystectomy or surgery for the removal of a damaged vascular granuloma of the blood vessels that injury has led to the creation of an embryonic mechanism for tissue formation. A good hand surgeon will be able to cope with a hand tumor even if it is a cyst or a tumor from another source such as a glomus tumor which is a painful tumor in the palm. The Glomus tumor will require special attention and clinical knowledge is needed to locate it as evidenced by the article I wrote with Dr. Morris Agassi and Dr. Eran Lin and which can be found at the following link: An article on Glomus tumor - https://asclepiusopen.com › volume-1-issue-1 › 6.php

Surgery for hand tumor resection may also include resection of an epidermoid cyst tumor, which is a result of penetration of dermis into the skin layer and formation of an epidermoid cyst around the same piece of skin tissue that is beneath the skin. The epidermoid cyst tumor will usually grow and so a growing tumor within a few months does not usually characterize a tumor but only a tissue that is growing.
In summary, a hand tumor is a complex surgery that requires the skill of a microsurgeon and knowledge of the anatomy of the hand to avoid the risks of nerve and blood vessel injury anda well done surgery will enhance the chances the tumor will not return.
